High Temperature Fire Brick Magnesia Bricks
High-quality Dead Burned Magnesia Refractory Brick is a product made of high-grade molding and high-temperature firing using first-grade magnesia and high-purity magnesia as raw materials. Dead Burned Magnesia Refractory Brick has excellent heat resistant and high resistance to alkali slag erosion.
Magnesium brick has high refractoriness, good alkaline slag resistance, high initial temperature of softening under load. Sintered magnesia brick is made of magnesia brick as raw material, after crushing, batching, mixing and molding, it is fired at a high temperature of 1550~1600℃, and the sintering temperature of high purity products is above 1750℃. Unpoured magnesia brick is made by mixing, forming and drying with appropriate chemical binder in magnesia.
The regular magnesia bricks are made from dense dead burned magnesia that makes the bricks in good refractoriness, corrosion-resistance, and widely used in checker chamber of glass tank, lime kiln, non-ferrous metallurgical furnaces, open heart furnace, iron mixer and EAF of steel-making, and also ferro-alloy furnace, etc. The bricks with MgO 95% or more in content take the secondary-burning dead burned magnesia or electrofused magnesia as the raw material and bured under the condition of ultra high temperature. They have the features of highly directly bonded and corrosion-resistance and widely used in various kinds of high temperature kilns and furnaces.
